About the place

I have a nice room for rent in the Veldstraat, Nijmegen.

These are available for rent from 1st March 2026.

The house has been renovated and the walls are newly painted. The house is near the university (5 min on foot) in a quiet neighborhood.

We have a large garden and the AH XL is nearby (1 min on foot). It is, therefore, a very practical place for students at HAN and RU.

We also have good coffee, a BBQ, a garden shed (where you can host guests in vacation time), and a mini-gym in the garage that you can use.

I am just finishing my PhD at Radboud UMC, I travel a lot and would like to be a bit of a friend with my tenants. I would like to live with people who are friendly and calm.
