I have a nice room for rent in the Veldstraat, Nijmegen, 12m2. These are available for rent: EUR 490 The house has been renovated and the walls are newly painted. The house is near the university (5 min on foot) in a quiet neighborhood. We have a large garden and the AH XL is nearby (1 min on foot). It is, therefore, a very practical place for students at HAN and RU. We also have good coffee, a barbeque, a garden shed (where you can host guests in vacation time), and a mini-gym in the garage that you can use. I am just finishing my PhD at Radboud UMC, I travel a lot and would like to be a bit of a friend with my tenants. I would like to live with people who are friendly and calm.
