About the place

Hi room seekers,

I am looking for a new subtenant starting in April, as my current subtenant is leaving.

It concerns a nice studio of approximately 28 m² on Van Welderenstraat in the city center. For this, you get two adjoining rooms with a private kitchenette, separate sink, and mezzanine. You share the bathroom and toilet with three other housemates.

The room is €794.88 per month and will be available from April 1st (exact date possibly a bit earlier) for at least the months of April, May, and June. Staying longer is certainly negotiable and there is a possible chance of a permanent stay!

The room is furnished, and I ask for a deposit equal to one month's rent.
