The student house on Tweede Oude Heselaan is currently undergoing a complete renovation. The rooms have been refurbished and are being fitted with new kitchenettes and furniture.

Several rooms are still available in this house:
Room 1: Area 16 m². The room includes a small kitchenette with an induction cooktop and a sink. It comes furnished with a 140x200 cm bed, a dining table with chairs, two chests of drawers, and roller blinds.

Additionally, the room has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. It comes newly furnished with a 140x200 cm bed, a chest of drawers, a table with chairs, and roller blinds.
Base rent: €680; service charges: €130; furniture and internet fee: €50. Total monthly costs: €860.
