Neat room in a quiet, leafy street. Shared use of the kitchen and gardens. Close to a large shopping center and Dukenburg train station. You get a quiet, green living environment while remaining within walking distance of plenty of shops and public transport options.
Rent is €575; utilities, service charges, internet, etc., are €95/month. We are NOT located in the city center or within walking distance of the university/HAN: it is a 25-minute bike ride or 30–35 minutes by bus. We are looking for someone tidy who will help housemates keep the place clean. Available from July 8th to December 1st (the property will be temporarily unavailable after that due to a complete modern renovation). You can register at municipality.
