About the place

A beautiful room in our historic house on Straalmanstraat will be available starting March 1st.
The room is 14 m², has a private sink with a large full-length mirror and makeup mirror, authentic details (including a chandelier and an authentic etched glass window), and is located on the ground floor with a view of the garden. Modern indirect lighting allows you to create your own atmosphere. A large private wardrobe is located in the hallway.
You'll share a kitchen (with dishwasher) and renovated shower/toilet with two working young women (23 & 27). The house is neat and quiet; we maintain a strict cleaning schedule. Occasionally, we'll have tea together or play a game, but everyone will primarily live their own lives.
We're looking for a female roommate (22+), quiet, tidy, pet-free, and non-smoking, who feels at home in a historic house (repainting is not permitted).
Also available: intercom, internet/TV connection, shared washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer.
