About the place

This is an attic room in a single-family house shared with three other female students during this period.
The room is temporarily available for sublet because the current tenant has gone to study elsewhere.
The room is equipped with roller shutters to keep it cool, warm, and dark.

There is a large shared living area where you can cook and relax. You can also make use of the garden. Opposite the house there is a small grassy area, which is also a lovely place to sit and relax.

Radboud University (RU) and HAN University of Applied Sciences are a 5–10 minute bike ride away.
The Albert Heijn XL supermarket is a 5-minute bike ride away.
Goffert Park is a 5-minute bike ride away.
The city centre is a 10-minute bike ride away.
This is not a student house (it is a regular residential neighbourhood); we are therefore looking for someone who is responsible and considerate towards housemates and the neighbourhood.
The owner of the house also has a room in the property and makes use of the washing machine and sanitary facilities.
