The room is 25m2 and is located on the ground floor at the front of the house. Equipped with laminate, roller blinds and sunblocking curtains, washbasin with warm and cold water. The room is fully equiped, from couch to bed and from pots and pans to bedlinen.
The house counts 10 residents all working and/or studying, 2 kitchens, 2 showers and 3 toilets.
A common garden with gardenshed. Washingmachine and dryer. Fast inetrnet.
Weekly cleaning of the common areas.
