About the place

A room will be available at Polderstraat immediately/soon. The room is rented under a target group contract.

Shared facilities (such as the kitchen, bathroom and toilet) with one other resident; there will therefore be 2 people living in total.

Temporary rental for a maximum of 24 months. Extension of the rental agreement is not possible.

The tenant can terminate the agreement after 8 months, with a notice period of 1 month’s rent.

The rental agreement will state that the landlord intends to carry out sustainability measures and improvements to the property. If these works affect the WWS points calculation, the rent may be adjusted to the rental amount corresponding to the points calculation applicable at that time.
