Compact kitchen with refrigerator, combined oven/ microwave, hot plate, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Neat bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Total 20 m². Bed with good matras.

Very close to the university (1km), forest (200m), bus stop (300m), and supermarket (800m), Heyendaal train station at 1.5km, city center at 3km.

Rent: 475 Euros (including gas, water, electricity, and internet). Available from May 1st.

You will share the kitchen and bathroom with another female student.

Profile: quiet, non-smoking female student. Please note that this is not a student house, but an extension to our own home, in a quiet residential area. Therefore: only for a quiet, serious student who is not (or no longer) fully immersed in the social student life. Minimum second-year student, minimum age 20.

The studio is NOT suitable for more than 1 person!
