This spacious room is located on Museum Kamstraat in Nijmegen, a highly central location with convenient access to the city centre of Nijmegen, various shops, Radboud University, and HAN University of Applied Sciences.

The room features a private sink and a loft bed. It also includes two built-in wardrobes and two French doors opening onto the shared front garden. In total, there are nine rooms in the house. Residents share the front and back gardens as well as the bicycle storage area. Furthermore, there are two kitchens, toilets, and shower facilities that are shared with the other residents.

Contract: indefinite term, with a minimum rental period of 12 months.
Security deposit: two months' basic rent.
Advance payment for service costs, including gas, water, and electricity: €100 per month.
Residents also contribute a small additional fee for items such as internet and cleaning services.
