Hello ladies!

A beautiful detached house with three bedrooms upstairs, plus a shower and toilet.
You will receive a lodger (hospita) contract, which means you will be living in the same house as the landlord. The shower and toilet upstairs are only shared when the landlord’s daughter is visiting.

You are 21 years or older

We are looking for a student who enjoys a peaceful environment and is social

You can keep your room, the upstairs area, and the kitchen clean and tidy


Important: Visitors are allowed upon prior notice, but regular overnight stays or sleepovers by partners or other guests are not permitted due to the lodger contract.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, etc.).
The house also has a large backyard with bicycle storage and free parking.

Within walking distance of bus lines on Graafseweg (Dennestraat stop) and Muntweg, Nijmegen Goffert train station, and Shell gas station. Only 3.5 km from Radboud University and 1 km from CWZ Hospital, Sanadome, and Basic-Fit!
