Dear ladies and gentlemen looking for a room,

A room measuring approximately 16 m² will become available on Molukkenstraat in Nijmegen for the months of March through August. The house is located in the center of Nijmegen, in a very central location, making everything easily accessible, including the train station, the university, and the city.

You will be living with two other female housemates and sharing a kitchen (including dishwasher), bathroom, and toilet. There is also a shared living/dining room of 10 m² and two shared balconies.

The rent is €575 per month (including water, gas, and electricity) and the deposit is one month's rent, €575.
