About the place

Dear ladies seeking a room (English speakers preferred), A room will be available in our cozy house in Meijhorst starting February 1, 2026 to August 1, 2026. It's a large house with six bedrooms and a large living room. Each resident has their own bedroom and study room, and they share a luxury kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, two toilets, and a large garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, extractor hood, microwave, cooktop, and dishwasher. There is a shared washer/dryer and vacuum cleaner. The house looks clean and tidy!

The house is located in the Meijhorst district of Nijmegen. It's a quiet neighborhood yet centrally located (a 15-minute bike ride to the University/University of Applied Sciences and CWZ, Radboud University Medical Center). The Meijhorst shopping center is opposite the house, and the Dukenburg shopping center is a 5-minute bike ride away. Parking is available in front of the house, and public transport connections are excellent. Net rent is €695, service costs €50, utilities €140, for a total of €895. Housing benefit is not available, so you must have sufficient income to pay the rent without benefit

There are three residents in total, one of whom is moving out, so we're looking for a new one.
