About the place

Please read everything before applying — I can only respond to messages that show you've actually read this ad.

Important: A hospita contract is regulated by the government. There's a 3-month trial period, and if we're both hopefully comfortable, the contract runs for one year. I cannot extend it beyond that due to official regulations. If that doesn't work for you, please don't apply.

▶This room is in the attic, lots of light and a nice view
▶Very conveniently located: 3 buses and a train station in walking distance. Approx 20 mins by bike to the centre. There is a small shopping centre 5 mins away. It is a residential area.
▶ Spacious outside/garden area ▶ Also: A shed, a big cellar and a shed for bikes.
▶You will be sharing with me and another woman (25). ▶You are of course welcome to use the washing machine, dishwasher and most things in the kitchen. The living room is our shared space as well as the garden.
▶ The bathroom is on the first floor, which means one staircase down.
▶ I am also living on the first floor.  

▶Your space - as shown in the photo - has an additional small space that people use as an additional kind of kitchen. There will be a fridge too. You could also place an airfryer for example.
▶The furniture that is in the room belongs there. If not needed, the bed could be taken apart.

▶ As described in my profile, we like connection and also need quite some quiet time and space. If you like to have friends visiting on a regular and spontaneous basis, you will probably not feel at home here. If you like a place of your own, with respect and warmth and space to unwind, this is your place.
