About the place

It is a beautiful house, perfectly located between the city center and the university. Both are a 10-minute bike ride away. There is a front and back garden, along with a shed for bicycles. The living room, bathroom, kitchen, basement, study room (about 4 m²), and attic (with washing machine) are shared. It is a very sunny house. The room itself is 12 m² plus a spacious built-in closet (see photo).
