A cozy studio on the ground floor in a (dead end) side road of the Lange Hezelstraat. Because no traffic can drive through the road, it is in the lee of the busy city center. The Central Station, Kronenburgerpark and Waalkade are all within walking distance. Because you have your own house number, you can apply for rent benefits, if you are in possesion of a European nationality. If you're entitled to these benefits the (basic) rent will be much lower than € 550. You share the energy bill with the resident who lives above you (at number 1). It is good that you are aware that these are old and therefore noisy buildings, so that the upstairs and downstairs residents will have to take each other into account.

The studio is delivered with a two-burner induction plate, an energy-efficient refrigerator and a storage cabinet. Good to know is that there is no possibility to connect a washing machine. So laundry will have to be done in a laundromat. Fortunately there is a laundromat about 500 meters away.
