About the place

A room is available of 7,5m2. There's an shared kitchen, living room, bath room, toilet and garden with 2 others. In the kitchen there are utensils, 5 pits, a fridge, dishwasher and an combo oven/microwave available. There is also an freezer in the shack. Additionally we have an washer,dryer and printer. We are looking for someone that does not intend to bring a lot of people over to party and is fine with doing his/her part in household chores.  There is additional slightly smaller room available(7m2), but because of regulations it can not be rented out to an additional person. So if some one is interested in renting 2 rooms this can be arranged.
