The shower, general kitchen, front- and backgarden,  shed and washing facilities are shared with 5 other international female students. 

The rental price is EUR 720,- per month and includes use of gas, water, electricity, internet, furnishing and local taxes.

- no pets, no smoking
- deposit equal to one month's rent
