About the place

In a centrally located student house on Graafseweg (near the railway bridge) a 17m2 room, €639/month (all inclusive) is available around May 1st, for a temporary or indefinite period. With 14 co-residents, you have access to 3 kitchens (with dishwasher!), 3 showers, 3 toilets and a very large south-facing garden. This bright corner room has windows on two sides and is located next to the garden, with direct access to it via your own garden door.
The room is equipped with a washbasin with hot and cold water, fixed internet connection and of course wifi, central heating radiator, light fittings, carpeting and curtains. A cupboard and a bench are being offered for sale by the previous occupant.
Registration at a Dutch university or college is mandatory. We do not hold open house evenings, only viewings by personal invitation.
