Room available for sublet

The appartement consists of two bedrooms in total, a spacious living room, kitchen with dishwasher and sunny balcony. 

The appartement is located in Nijmegen West, a 5 minuten bike ride to the central station. Its next to supermarkt Albert Heijn and Aldi. The room is +/- 14m2. The sofa can be converted in to a 2 pers bed, but if you like you could put your own bed and we will put the couch in a storage. 

Room is available from march or april (upon discussion). There is one more room in the appartement which will also be rented starting from april. It is also possible to rent the appartement as a couple of friends (see other Advertisement, total price would be 1000euro per month)
