About the place

(Temporary subrent )Available from February 1st to the end of April (3 months), with a possible extension until June depending on my stay abroad. €540 per month inclusive everything (internet, gas, electricity & water). The room is located on Doctor Schaepmanstraat which is walking distance from an Albertheijn. A 5 minute cycle to the Nijmegen train station and a 10 minute cycle to Campus. There are 3 other friendly guys who also live in the house. The house is also kept quite tidy. Very chill vibes - we chill together often in the livingroom but also don’t mind if you like to mind your own business.
