    For rent beautiful spacious room (corner shape) in Nijmegen East in neat student house near the center. Centrally located, within cycling/walking distance of Heyendaal Station, shops, hospitals and universities, city park, and other facilities. We are looking for a new resident for a room on the second floor on the street side. Room is approximately 27 m2 with large windows. You have three co-residents, ranging in age from 23 to 26 years. Mostly students, a few recently employed. The house has two floors (first and second with an ascending staircase from the street side) Residents share kitchen, two toilets (one of which is in the bathroom), bathroom and a laundry room where a washing machine and a condenser dryer are located from the owner that may be used. Rent per month: 555 euros basic rent, monthly advance payment* on gas, water and electricity (70 € pp.) (this may have to be paid extra due to current gas prices) and 35 euros service costs. The last two concern an advance payment, a final settlement takes place every year. Note: we are specifically looking for a quiet resident (student or starting employee), who likes to participate in the corvee and does not neglect.
