Room 1 (approx. 6m²): €400 per month incl. service costs
Room 2 (approx. 7m²): €400 per month incl. service costs

The house is shared with 5 other housemates. There are 2 toilets, 1 shower and 1 bathtub.

Each room includes a bed, desk, desk chair and wardrobe.

The price includes gas, water, electricity, internet, TV connection, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, municipal taxes, etc.

Deposit: 2 months rent
Contract duration: 12 months
