* Room in quiet, low-traffic, green neighbourhood, much privacy.

* At 1st floor (reachable by stairs).

* Ideal for perpetual tourists, summer school students, academics, remote working professionals (e.g. Expats) and location independent solo-entrepreneurs.

* For 1 clean person only (non-smoking & non-drinking, and not alergic to our short-hair house cat)

* Rented including registration and without shown furniture

* Required registration as living address (municipality Zuidplas). 100% Legal Stay :-)

* Internet wifi/ethernet included in service costs (fair use), utilities prepayment in service costs (pay by use)

* Electric sun screen for privacy.

* Lockable room door.

Connectivity

* Free parking in the street. Highway exit nearby to Rotterdam, Gouda, Utrecht and the Hague.

* Bus 190 to rotterdam alexander (10min) stops around the corner.

* Train station with direct connection to Rotterdam Alexander (5 mins), Rotterdam Centraal (15 mins) & Amsterdam Centraal (55 mins).

* In summer only 10 mins bike to the sunny beach at Rotterdam Nesselande!

* Grocery store and post office around the corner.

* 1h15 Public transport / 55mins drive from Schiphol Airport; 1h Public transport / 20mins drive from Rotterdam-The Hague airport

House

* Spacious house with back- and front garden, sunny large balcony, shared use of many spaces like backyard, kitchen, dining room and bathroom (shared with owner and other roommates, people like you)

* There is a separate fridge for the renters

* Ability to store your bike or scooter in the indoor garage (or motorcycle at the driveway)

* We have a quiet and cute cuddly house cat.

* Non-smoking, no drugs and no firecandles.

We are quite inclusive and open minded people, but in case of bad behaviour (e.g. drug/stubstance use, damages, illegal activities, contract violation, hate/aggression, complaints from neighbours etc.)
