About the place

Room available in a house shared by 5 guys in Nieuwegein; we are looking for one nice housemate. The room is in a corner house with a garden, located close to public transport (tram/bus) and a small shopping center. We are a mix of students and working professionals, and a mix of gay and straight guys.

We are looking for a quiet guy who is gay or gay-friendly. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited.

In addition to a shared kitchen, there is a shared living room, and Wi-Fi is available. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. The rent includes gas, water, and electricity, and is adjusted annually based on inflation plus 1%.
