About the place

Our newly built home (completed in December 2025) is located in a new and quiet neighbourhood in Nieuwegein, with open views over a small dock at the front.

The house is only a 2-minute walk from a bus stop with a direct connection to Utrecht Central Station (20 minutes), or around 30 minutes by bike to Utrecht Central or Utrecht Science Park (De Uithof).

You'll have a furnished bedroom on the second floor with a 120 × 200 cm bed, study desk, and chest of drawers. The house also offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, cozy backyard, one bathroom, and one separate toilet.

The room is simply furnished, leaving plenty of space to make it your own.

About us

Hi! We are a friendly couple in our early 30s, both working full-time. We enjoy a clean, peaceful, and respectful home, and we're looking for someone who appreciates the same.

We also share our home with two lovely senior pets: a quiet Japanese Akita and a Persian cat. Because they're part of our family, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys animals and has no pet allergies.

We think this room is a great fit for a international bachelor or master's student looking for a comfortable home rather than a party house.
