About the place
Two rooms, of which one room is accessible from the other via foldout stairs. The house is less than 10 minutes walk to a tram stop from which you reach Utrecht Central Station in 25 minutes. It is possible to cycle to the university campus in 30-40 mins. There is room for a bicycle in our shed. A supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. We prefer renting the room out for a whole academic year.
