The accommodation is located in Nieuw-Vennep, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away.

Registration is only possible (After) a three-month trial period.

House Rules:
- To keep all shared areas clean after use. (Must)
- No smoking inside and outside.
- No parties or overnight guests.
- No pets.
- The accommodation is for one person only (the tenant).
