Room for Rent – Nieuw-Vennep

The accommodation is located in Nieuw-Vennep, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, with good public transport connections.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Between 25 and 35 years old
- Financially stable
- Responsible, clean, and respectful of a shared home.

Included in the rent:

- Fully furnished room
- Wi-Fi
- Water, gas & electricity
- Kitchen appliances
- Weekly cleaning of the shared areas (included in the rent)

Registration
Registration is possible (after) a three-month trial period, provided both parties are happy to continue.

House Rules
To ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful and comfortable living environment, we kindly ask that you:

- Keep ALL shared areas clean after use.
- Refrain from smoking inside or on the property.
- Respect the quiet atmosphere of the home; therefore, parties and overnight guests are not permitted.
- Understand that pets are not allowed.
- Note that the accommodation is intended for ONE tenant only, so visitors are not permitted.
