About the place

Héyy there, this is relatively new for me so if I've forgotten something to mention, just ask, I'm easy going, helpful and social at times. 

About the room / house.
I've got a lockable 12m² furnished room for rent situated in a peaceful area with forestry nearby. There's everything in house that you'd expect to be. The kitchen is well equipped and as good as new, the living room has a nice lounge couch and there's a comfy sitting area beside it.

There's about 125 acres of nature within a 3 min. walk and within a 5min. bicycle / car-drive. you'll find the nearest supermarket, bakery, cafeteria, pub and Chinese restaurant.

When it comes to public transport, the nearest bus stop is 900m away. This will take you 5 minutes with a bicycle (rental bike is included) where Qbuzz 11 brings you to train-station Zuidbroek from where you can hop on the train to Groningen Centre. Takes you about 45min. 

You can also decide to cycle to station Zuidbroek (15 min), fold it, hop on the train and be in Groningen within 12min. and then being able to cycle wherever you want so that makes about 30 minutes total. The folding bike is free of charge when traveling with the train as long as it's folded.

For the ones who have their scooter / drivers license and are comfortable driving, I've also got a relatively new so very economic and reliable scooter plus spare helmet for rent which will get you to the station in something shorter then 10 minutes.

Price also includes things like dishwasher tablets, detergent, toilet paper, air fresheners, the use of pots, pans, bicycle, wifi and what not. 
You do have to share a refrigerator and fridge but I'm considering to put a small refrigerator in the room.

You can register and get a proof of contract so that you are eligible for all the benefits that you can get. Short term renting as in 4/5 months is possible.
