About the place

Looking for a place that feels more like a holiday resort than a shared house? We have a beautiful room available in a Scandinavian-style home surrounded by nature, where you can enjoy a relaxed lifestyle every day.

Imagine coming home after work and taking a swim in the pool, relaxing in the outdoor Jacuzzi, or unwinding in the indoor whirlpool. We love creating the feeling of living in our own little wellness retreat—and we're looking for someone who enjoys that atmosphere too.

The Room
The furnished  room is 12 m² and is located on the ground floor, right next to the largest bathroom. It has a lovely view of the swimming pool and garden.
Shared Facilities
You'll have access to:
•	Fully equipped shared kitchen
•	Spacious living room
•	Two bathrooms and a separate toilet
•	Cozy chill room with a ping-pong table
•	Large garden with a swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, and plenty of space to relax

About the House
You'll be sharing the house mainly with two friendly women in their twenties and early thirties. One of them has a young son (11) who also lives here.  I work as a cancer researcher at the hospital in Groningen and am only at the house part of the time, which is why I rent out the extra rooms.

We're looking for someone who is:
•	Social and easy-going
•	Respectful of shared spaces
•	Nature-loving
•	Comfortable living with others

The house has an A+++ energy label. We like to live sustainably and keep our energy consumption low.

Muntendam (Fam. Schrijverstraat)
•	26 km from Groningen
•	Train station only 3.7 km away
•	Bus connection to the station

Rental Details
•	Minimum rental period: 6 months, registration possible
•	Shorter stays are possible by mutual agreement
•	Some pets are welcome (please ask about the conditions)

•Basic rent: €475/month
•Utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet & municipal taxes): €125/month
