About the place

The apartment is quietly located in Molenhoek with all amenities within walking distance. This includes Mook-Molenhoek station from where you are at Nijmegen-Heyendaal station within 4 minutes, and Nijmegen-Centrum station within 9 minutes. The Mookerheide nature reserve and the Groesbeek forests are also nearby. The shopping centre is around the corner and you can park for free in the street.

You enter the apartment through a private garden with terrace with lots of privacy. On the garden are 2 spacious and bright rooms with large sliding doors. Through the private entrance you enter a room with a kitchenette. This room is 12.5 square metres. The other room has a surface of 15 m2. The rooms have both been completely renovated recently and have beautiful new cork floors, are freshly painted and well equipped with shutters, mosquito nets, dimmable bulbs and thermostats on each radiator.

Through a shared hall you enter the shared beautiful and spacious bathroom. The bathroom has a nice rain shower and a large bath.

The total living area is 40 m2.

You can use the shed in the garden to store your bike, for example, and through the garden you enter the utility room where the washing machine is located that you can use.

The rest of the house is inhabited by me (a 39 year old woman) and my sweet and quiet dog.

The rental price is €990 and this includes GWL, municipal taxes and internet.
