About the place

A beautiful room will be available for rent in a national monument on Zuideinde in Meppel as of February 1. The room is approximately 24m² and has a loft. The kitchen, shower, bicycle storage, and roof terrace are shared with the other residents. 

The rent is €825 per month, including utilities, cleaning of the common areas, and municipal taxes. 

If you are interested in this living space, we would like to receive an introduction from you, including what you do in terms of study and/or work and who you are as a person. Requests for viewings of living spaces will only be processed by email. Based on all applications, we will usually make a selection for viewing this accommodation within a week. If you have not received a response from us within this period, unfortunately you have not been selected for the first round of viewings.
