Hi! I am looking for a friendly flatmate to share my beautiful apartment located directly on Grote Straat, right in the heart of Maastricht city centre. The apartment has large windows overlooking the shopping street. You are truly in the middle of everything, while also having a quiet and cosy living space. 

About the apartment:

The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped on the second floor. Some highlights:

• Huge living room with comfortable furniture, cosy lighting and plenty of plants
• Fully equipped kitchen including a large air fryer (also suitable for baking), fridge, freezer and everything else needed for cooking
• bathroom with both a bathtub and a regular shower
• washing machine with integrated dryer
• small internal storage room + separate storage space in the building
• bicycle storage available in the building
• elevator going to the second floor
• big shared roof terrace with plenty of space to chill outside
• the absolute best espresso machine ;)

Your room:

The room available is 20 m² and comes furnished with:
• a 140 cm wide bed with storage underneath
• a dresser / TV stand
• clothes hanger/rail

So it has everything you need to move in comfortably.
The room is currently being refreshed with new flooring and freshly painted walls, which is why I do not have photos yet in the ad. If you are interested, I am happy to send you private photos as soon as the work is finished (or look at the progress at the viewing). The flooring and everything will be done within the next week.

About me & what I am looking for:

I am a 27 year old working professional (she/her) and am looking for someone who genuinely wants a pleasant shared living environment, not just a place to sleep. I would love to occasionally cook together, have dinner, or watch a movie, while of course respecting each other’s privacy and personal time. Ideally you also value a clean and comfortable home.

So if you are social, open-minded, and enjoy living together in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, this could be a great match.
