some rooms available in a nice student house located at kiezelweg in Veldwezelt (Belgium, 1 km over the border with Maastricht).rooms are 13m². There live 15 students in the house. 3 floors with 5 students. For each floor there is a kitchen, toilet and shower. It is only 10 minutes by bike to the centre of Maastricht and 5 minutes to the new sportcomplex Pelikaan. It lies on a few kilometre of the hogeschool Zuyd. Wash-hand basin with warm and cold water, kabel-tv connection and internet (included in the hiring). Large garden and a garage for the bikes with a laundry machine. Bus stop at 100m. The spaces that are available for all the students are cleaned once a week. Please contact me when you are interested to have a look at the rooms. The rent is 420 (furnished) everything included (internet, water, electricity, cable tv,...) no extra costs. 700€ deposit
