About the place

Hi everyone!

A room has become available within our house, so we are looking for someone rent the room until at least July. We are three guys (Master’s and late Bachelor students) living in quiet neighbourhood in Heugem.

The available room is about 10 m², with the possibility to take over the furniture of the previous tenant (closet, desk and loft bed). The house has fully equipped shared spaces, including a spacious living room (designed for a cat, which is no longer here), a large kitchen, bathroom, toilet, balcony, attic and a garage for bikes. There are also parking spots directly in front of the house.

Rent is €550 per month, all-inclusive (gas, electricity, internet, etc.)

The location is very convenient: about 5 minutes by bike to FHML and around 15 minutes to the city centre. Shops and a bus stop are close by.
