A few things worth knowing about the room

1. The room is acceptable immediately.
2. We are talking about the room on the first floor at the rear.
3. The rent is in total  
a. Rent € 390.00
b.	Advance GWL € 37.50
c. Service costs € 111.00
               Total € 538,50 per month
4. The rent is paid per 2 months (legally required due to the notice period of two months.
5. The rent is paid by direct debit
6. Parents or a third party guarantee the rent.
7. The deposit is € 750.00
8. Each lease runs until August 1 of any year with a minimum period of 1 year.
9. August 1 has been chosen because of the start of a new school year.
10. If you want to leave earlier, this is possible, but we must first find a new tenant.
11. The rental contract is not final until the deposit has been paid.
