Atmospheric student room for rent in a recently renovated monumental building, in the pleasant neighborhood Jekerkwartier in Maastricht, near the city park (Stadspark). The city center is less than 1 minute by bike.

The room is located on the second floor at the front of a well-maintained building. The room (approx. 13m2) has a laminate floor.

The communal garden and recently renovated kitchen are located on the ground floor. The communal kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gas hob, extractor hood, refrigerator and freezer. The communal bathrooms with shower and sink are located on the first and second floor. There is a communal toilet on each floor. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer for common use. There is a communal bicycle shed in the front garden.

The common areas are shared with 7 other residents and are cleaned every 2 weeks by a cleaning company.

There are access points throughout the building for an optimal WiFi network in every room.

The rent includes gas, water, electricity, internet and cleaning costs.
