The apartment is located in a quiet apartment complex and is partially furnished. The furniture shown in the pictures is available for use. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared.

The apartment also has a private storage room where you can store a bicycle. 🚲

I am the landlord/owner of the apartment, so you will have direct contact with me. I am currently not living at the property myself.

• Supermarkets, shops and other amenities are within walking distance
• A bus stop is located directly opposite the apartment complex 🚌

👤 Who I’m looking for

I am looking for a clean, responsible and quiet tenant aged 21 or older. Both students and working professionals are welcome. I expect the tenant to take good care of the apartment and to be considerate of the other residents.

Unfortunately, smoking and pets are not allowed. 🚭🐱
