About the place

From March 01, a room will be available in Heer. Both Dutch and internationals students are welcome. We have a preference for a woman of at least 22 years of age, but feel free to send me a private message even if you don't fit these criteria.
The room is in Schepen de Wicstraat, 6227XB. The location is very close to the Randwyck campus (6 minutes cycling), and also very close to Plus, Albert Heijn, Hema and other stores (~3 minutes cycling). The rent is 350€ monthly, including all costs. The room has some furniture that you need to take over for 200€ (one-time cost). As also visible on the photos below, the room is on the ground floor, with a window looking at the garden. The house has 3 floors in total.
A total of 5 students live in the house (including you): 2 computer science students, 1 clinical psychology student and an economics student. Ages are 21-27. 
The dynamic of the house is a mix of everyone doing their own thing, but also sometimes spontaneously spending a few minutes (or hours) with each other in the living room / kitchen. Sometimes we organize bike trips together. Though there is no pressure to participate in anything. The only mandatory part is participating in the cleaning schedule.
