About the place

A room is available immediately in our friendly student house. The room is located on the first floor, has its own sink, and plenty of natural daylight.

You will be living with a total of 8 students (both male and female). At the moment, one of the housemates is an international student. We share a kitchen, bathroom, and a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the sunny days.

The house is within walking distance of Albert Heijn, only 5 minutes from FHML, and less than 10 minutes by bike from Maastricht city centre.

International students are very welcome. The room can also be rented fully furnished. Just let us know in your message, and we can discuss the possibilities.

We understand that renting a room from abroad can feel uncertain. Therefore, you are welcome to get in touch directly with both the landlord and one of the current housemates. This way, you can ask any questions you may have and be confident that you are renting a reliable room.
