Two rooms will soon become available in a student house in Maastricht.

The rooms
• 14 m² room with private sink and lots of natural light – €570 base rent per month
• 12 m² room with private sink – €350 base rent per month

Both rooms have a practical layout, making it easy to fit a bed, desk and wardrobe. Having your own sink in the room is also very convenient for everyday use.

The house
You will be living with 7 other students (mixed house). The atmosphere in the house is relaxed: everyone has their own study schedule and daily rhythm, but you naturally run into each other in the kitchen. Sometimes people cook together or have a chat, but nothing is obligatory.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared.

Garden
Behind the house there is a spacious shared garden, which is often used during the warmer months to sit outside, eat or study.

• ± 5 minutes by bike to FHML
• ± 10 minutes by bike to Maastricht city centre
• Bus stop in front of the house
