I am subletting my room from February until July.
The room is approximately 17 m² and comes furnished with:

- a desk
- 3 closets
- a private sink
You will be living in a shared house with 7 other housemates.
The building has 2 kitchens and 2 showers available.
Rent: €581 per month
Must be a full-time student.
Location: Scharnerweg , Maastricht (near trainstation)
