A comfortable room is available in a big, well-kept apartment (21C) in Maastricht. The room is suitable for one person and is ideal for a student or working professional looking for a quiet and respectful living environment.

The tenant will have their own private room and will share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and common areas with one PhD candidate. The apartment is clean, practical, and located in Malberg, with easy access to shops (7 minutes by foot), public transport, and the city centre (12 minutes by bike). Private indoor storage is available for a bike.

Contains dishwasher, washer, dryer, freezer, oven, and microwave.

Rent details:

Basic rent: €650 per month
Utilities advance: €150 per month
Total monthly payment: €800
Deposit: €650

Utilities costs include an advance for gas, electricity, water, and internet. 

The room is available from the 1st of July for a period of 12 months minimum. The rental is for one person only. I am looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful tenant who will take good care of the room and shared spaces.
