Housing market is rough and in the wise words of pitbull ; been there done that, dalé! 

Good thing for all of you I’m moving out 😆. My student chapter is coming to an end, I’ll most likely be moving out around 24 August, so my room will be available! 

‼️Important note: You’ll need to be registered with Maastricht housing and be a student (If not you will not be able to rent this room) ‼️

✨ About the room:

* Around 20 m²

* Private sink in the room

* Lots of natural daylight ☀️

* Rent is approximately €570 per month, all inclusive

* Rent allowance (huurtoeslag) is possible, if you meet the requirements! 

* Wi-Fi isn’t included, but Maasvallei offers it, and we usually share the cost with everyone on the floor

🏡 Shared facilities (with 2 other roomies):

* Kitchen

* Shower

* Toilet 

* Washer and dryer on the ground floor shared with the whole building

* Extra storage space in the basement (super handy!)

🛋️ Furnuture:

The room comes with a sleeping couch ( when fold out 160x200), wardrobe, curtains, two wall shelves (perfect for books or decorations), and the flooring, which I’d like to sell together for €150.

📍 Location:

The room is on the second floor, located on Proosdijweg—about 5 minutes from SBE , 5 minutes by bike to the city centre, and 5 minutes from the Hoge Fronten. It’s also right next to Yildiz ( Turkish supermarket has mean dips!!! Everything is just so good) , which is a major plus!! Brusselsepoort is also around 5-10 minutes away. So supermarkets all around! 

🧘🏻‍♀️ We are looking for: 

We’re looking for someone who is cool, calm, and collectiveeee. Someone who is clean, takes initiative, cleans up after themselves, and contributes to keeping the shared spaces nice. We normally work with a cleaning schedule, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely follows it and helps maintain a relaxed and pleasant house atmosphere.
