About the place

Dear students looking for a room,

From May 1st, 2026, we are looking for a third housemate. We are both students and are looking for someone who enjoys good food and a friendly, social atmosphere.

The house is located on Oude Maasstraat in the quiet neighborhood of Heugem, within walking and cycling distance of most facilities such as the supermarket (8 minutes walking) and MUMC+ (5 minutes by bike).

You will share a spacious kitchen-diner, living room, bathroom with toilet, conservatory/utility room, and an additional separate toilet.

The bedroom measures 4.66 m x 4.35 m. It has both Wi-Fi and wired internet. The room also has laminate flooring, a roller shutter, a large wardrobe, and is north-facing.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, induction stove, and a large fridge-freezer. A dishwasher and washing machine are located in the conservatory. From there, you can access a very spacious 64 m² rooftop terrace facing south.

There is also a large garage (4 m x 6 m) where you can easily store your bicycle.

By bike, you can reach:

5 minutes: MECC / MUMC+ / FHML / FPN faculties and UB Randwyck
3 minutes: Plus supermarket / Kruidvat
10 minutes: Wyck
15 minutes: Vrijthof
11 minutes: Maastricht Central Station
