Room in Shared Apartment – Available as of now. Doma (21, 3rd-year MSP student) and Hanna (22, 1st-year Master’s in European Public Affairs) are looking for a third roommate for a shared apartment. Room Details - Size: approx. 8 m² - Rent: €500/month (all utilities included) - Deposit: €600 - Available from: March 1 - Shared bathroom, kitchen & living room. - Location: 10-minute bike ride to the city center, 10mins from Randwyck faculties, 10-15 minutes inner city faculties (SBE, Law…) - Commodities: Washing machine, dishwasher, balcony, bike storage, storage room. Furniture The room is furnished (bed, closet, desk, chair, cabinets). There is a €800 fixed takeover fee for the room furniture plus a share of the common apartment furniture. About Us / Who We’re Looking For You would be living with 2 housemates: Doma (21), Hungarian, 3rd-year MSP student Hanna (22), 1st-year Master’s in European Public Affairs They would like a roommate who is also social and occasionally would be down to hang out, study, and cook together.
