You will have a room of about 4 by 4 meters (around 16.5 m²). A double loft bed with mattress is included, giving you extra floor space.

Shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, toilet, bike storage, and part of the garden is included. There is Wi-Fi, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher.
