This room is for someone looking for something a little different. You’ll be renting an 18 m² room, part of which is essentially a conservatory/sunroom that also opens onto your own small private garden area. The sunroom section gets plenty of natural light and, together with the garden, gives you a pleasant “outdoorsy” feel. At the same time, it’s well insulated—keeping out the cold in winter and reducing excessive sunlight in summer.
