About the place

There is a small living room with a kitchenette and fridge and a sleeping room with a sink basin. In the hall is a toilet and a shower.
Using the attic for putting all kind of stuff is also possible.  You can also use the washing machine and the tumble-drier.
The small apartment is furnished, so you don't need to bring a lot of stuff.
A you looking for a quit place, this is it....it is a quiet neighborhood, you walk directly into the fields and the forest en yet, it’s only 15-20 minutes biking and you are in the center of the city. You can walk tot he supermarket, Kruidvat, a bakery, a butcher,  and a pizza store.. 
With the owner you use the entrance and the stairs
Lately the rooms are renovated: the floor is changed, the walls were painted, so the first pictures are not up to date.
